Ingrédients
- 2 racks of ribs
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- Kosher salt
- Pepper
- Dill
- Thyme
- 2 tablespoons garlic
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
Directions
- Marinate pork ribs in olive oil, chili paste, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper for at least 1 hour but preferably overnight in the refrigerator.
- Place ribs in a Broil King rib roaster and set the grill to 300°F (149°C). Cook for 2 to 3 hours until a rib bone can be removed easily.
- Mix together honey, mustard, hot sauce, and dill.
- Coat ribs and finish uncovered, directly on the cooking grate at medium heat for 15 – 20 minutes.
