Ingrédients

  • 2-3 pound veal flank
  • 2 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Thyme
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Tomatoes
  • Lettuce

Directions

  1. Rub veal with soy sauce, olive oil, thyme, and Worcestershire.
  2. Season generously with salt.
  3. Smoke at 350°F (177°C) for 20-30 minutes or until meat reaches desired doneness.
  4. Serve on fresh sliced tomatoes with greens and your favorite salad dressing.
