Flank cut beef ribs 12

RUB
Maggi seasoning 3 tbsp
Worcestershire 2 tbsp
Lime juiced and zested 2 ea
Minced Garlic Cloves 2
Black pepper 1 tsp
Kosher salt 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp

GARNISH
Diced onion 1
Chopped cilantro 1 cup
Green onion 2 bunches
Lime crema

Directions

1. Combine rub and using 3/4 marinate ribs for 1hr
2. Preheat grill to 450F/232C
3. Remove ribs from marinade and pat dry
4. Place ribs and green onion grill
5. Rotating onions after 2mins and ribs after 4min
6. Bast ribs with remaining marinade and continue cooking
7. Remove onions after 2min and ribs after 4min
8. Slice meat from bone for tacos or serve whole over rice
