Setup

1. Preheat grill to 550F/287C with Broil King pizza stone

Ingredients

pizza dough

TOPPINGS
Chopped kale 2 stalks
High smoke point oil 1 tbsp
Kosher salt 1/2 tbsp
Cornmeal 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce 1/3 cup
Wild mushrooms 1 cup
Cooked sausage 1/2 cup
Sliced red onion 4 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese 1.5 cups

GARNSIH
Parmesan 2 tbsp
Red pepper flakes 1/2 tbsp
Dried oregano 1 tbsp

Directions

2. Drizzle oil and salt onto kale and massage
3. Dust Broil King pizza peel with cornmeal
4. Place pizza crust onto pizza peel
5. Spread tomato sauce over crust and add toppings
6. Slide the topped pizza onto the stone and cook for 8min
7. Rest for 1min and slice using Broil King Pizza Wheel
8. Garnish with your choice and enjoy
