Steak & Swiss Sandwich

Ingredients

1 sourdough or french loaf
2 perfect steaks
6 slices swiss cheese
3 cups arugula
1/2 cup chipotle mayo
6 slices sundried tomato
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Directions

1. Preheat your grill on low
2. Place precooked steak on warming rack
3. Slice the bread lengthwise, separating the top from the bottom
4. Butter the bread and place face down on the cooking grids
5. Allow the bread to toast for 6 mins
6. Once toasted remove bread and steak
7. Slice the steak thinly and place on bottom half of bread
8. Top the steak with cheese and tomatoes and place back on grill
9. Remove once cheese is melted and add remaining toppings
10. Slice into separate portions and enjoy
