Setup

Preheat Smoker to 220F

Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef
8 tbsp minced white onion
4 tbsp chopped parsley
3 garlic cloves minced
5 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 eggs
4 tbsp parmesan
4 tbsp milk

GLAZE
3 tbsp Broil King perfect BBQ sauce

Directions

DIRECTIONS (smoker)

1. Combine all your ingredients in a bowl (reserve half sauce)
2. Shape beef into 1'' balls and place on cooking tray
3. Add meatballs to the smoker until 164F / 73 C
4. Brush meatballs with reserve sauce after 30 minutes
5. Remove from smoker and coat with more sauce and serve

DIRECTIONS (grill) with pellet box
1. Preheat grill to 400F / 205C
2. Combine all your ingredients in a bowl (reserve half sauce)
3. Shape beef into 1'' balls and place on cooking tray
4. Add meatballs to grill flipping every 4 mins
5. Brush meatballs with reserve sauce after 3 flips
6. Remove from grill, coat with more sauce and serve
