Setup

Preheat Smoker to 220F

Ingredients

Meatballs

  • Ground beef 2 lbs / 1 KG
  • Diced onion 8 tbsp. / 120 ml
  • Parsley 4 tbsp. / 60 ml
  • Minced garlic 3 cloves
  • Breadcrumbs 5 tbsp. / 75 ml
  • Eggs 2
  • Parmesan 4 tbsp. / 60 ml
  • Milk 4 tbsp. / 60 ml

Glaze

  • BBQ rub 3 tbsp. /45 ml

Directions

DIRECTIONS (smoker)

  • Combine all your ingredients in a bowl (reserve half sauce)
  • Shape beef into 1'' balls and place on cooking tray
  • Add meatballs to the smoker until 164F / 73 C
  • Brush meatballs with reserve sauce after 30 min
  • Remove from smoker and coat with more sauce and serve

DIRECTIONS (grill) with pellet box

  • Preheat grill to 400F / 205C
  • Combine all your ingredients in a bowl (reserve half sauce)
  • Shape beef into 1'' balls and place on cooking tray
  • Add meatballs to grill flipping every 4 min
  • Brush meatballs with reserve sauce after 3 flips
  • Remove from grill, coat with more sauce and serve
