Setup

Preheat grill to 350F/176C

Ingredients

Rib roast 4lb

RUB
BK perfect BBQ rub 5 tbsp
Yellow mustard 3 tbsp
Kosher salt 2 tbsp
Black pepper 2 tbsp

FOR SANDWICHES
Kaiser style bun 8
Provolone cheese 16 slices
Caramelized onions 2 cups
Mayonnaise
BK Perfect BBQ sauce

Directions

1. Set grill up for rotis
2. Rub roast with mustard, coat with seasonings and tie tightly
3. Slide the roast onto the spit securing in place with prongs
4. Place the spit in the rotis motor, with a drip pan underneath
5. Allow the roast to cook undisturbed until temp hits 130
6. Remove and wrap roast in foil or butcher paper
7. Rest roast for 35 min
8. Slice thinly against the grain or thicker for a plated dinner
