Setup

This is a creamy and tangy dressing I use for the base of almost every "salad" such as, potato salad, pasta salad and coleslaw. You can add different spices to make them more unique to the dish - i.e. Fresh dill and lemon juice for potato salad.

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

2 Tablespoons sugar

1 Teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients together with a whisk or spatula, if you place you bowl on top of a side shelf mat, the bowl will not move.
