Ingredients

  • 4 chicken legs
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons garlic
  • 50 ml soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoon pepper (1 teaspoon if ground)

Directions

  1. Remove bone from the thigh of chicken leg while leaving the bone in the drumstick for presentation.
  2. Mix together rosemary, garlic, soy sauce, chili sauce, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  3. Marinate chicken for at least one hour but preferably overnight.
  4. Grill in a Broil King locking basket at 300­°F (149°C) for about 1 hour or until chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
