Glazed Lamb Chops

Ingredients

Meaty lamb chops 6

MARINADE
Minced garlic cloves 3
Deseeded minced jalapeno 1
Kosher salt 1 tsp
Lime zest 1 whole
Lime juice 1/4 cup
Soy sauce 1/4 cup
Honey 3 tbsp
CIder vinegar 1 tbsp
Balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp
Chopped cilantro 2 tbsp

Directions

1.Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl
2.Place chops in a Ziploc or dish and add marinade
3.Allow chops to marinate for 30min at room temp or in the fridge for 8hours
4.Preheat barbecue on medium high and grease with high smoke point oil
5.Reduce heat to medium and place chops on grill, reserving marinade
6.Flip chops every 3 minutes for perfect grill marks
7.Using a small pot bring reserved marinade to a boil
8.Remove chops after 12min of grilling and serve with cooked glaze
